Kudel is a Campus Food Delivery Service which provides a platform where students/residents can order food from their favourite restaurant(s) within and around the campus through our website or mobile app and get it delivered to them at their preferred location within few minutes.

We currently operate at the Main Campus of the University Of Benin and it's environs but we plan on expanding to other institutions and it's campuses soon.

Yes, you can make orders from multiple restaurants at a time.

The restaurants makes update on their food items listed on our platform regularly but since they are humans, they can't really be accurate in keeping the latest item status on their store and that is why your order(s) has to be sent to them for manual confirmation.

We strive to give you the best user experience and have things puts in place to enable restaurants confirm your order(s) within 5 - 10 minutes.

Yes, you can cancel your orders even after confirmation but once payment has been made for your order(s), it can't be canceled.

Yes, if you have any pending orders that has not yet been delivered, you can track them from the Orders page.

The Delivery cost is #100 per a pair of a food and a drink within campus.

At the moment, we only deliver to all locations within the main campus, University Of Benin. We plan to offer same service to it's environs soon.

It takes about 30 minutes to get your order(s) delivered to any location within the main Campus, University of Benin.

No, we don't accept pay of delivery currently. You can only make payment for your order with your card or any other online payment method our app/website provides.

When the delivery agent gets to your preferred pickup location, you will a notification from the app and a call will be put across you the phone number registered on the platform to receive your food item.

Once the delivery agent gets to your preferred location, he/she keep would keep trying your line and waiting for a response from you or anyone you sent to receive the order for 5 minutes and after that time elapses without any response from you, the food item would be returned to the restaurant(s) you ordered the food items from for pickup by you without any refunds of the delivery fee paid.
